Doctor Hagen has been a practicing OB/GYN since 1974. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Oregon Medical School and performed his OB/GYN Residency at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

Doctor Hagen began his career as a Major/Obstetrician Gynecologist at the US Military Academy Hospital at West Point. In 1976, he went into private practice, becoming one of the foremost OB/GYN practitioners in Greater Boston. Doctor Hagen has staff privileges at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is a Clinical Instructor in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Harvard Medical School. He has served on the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center OB/GYN Quality Improvement Committee since 2001. Doctor Hagen is certified in the use of Aesthetic Lasers and added this service to his practice as part of his continuing commitment to women's wellness issues.

A graduate of the Suburban Hospital School of Nursing, Dale Hagen also holds a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Arizona. She is also a certified Aesthetic Laser Technician.

A practicing nurse since 1972, Dale has also been a Nursing Instructor at Maric College,a Breast & Cervical Cancer Instructor, and HIV/AIDS Prevention Instructor. She has served on the Ethics Committee at Faulkner Hospital and was in charge of women's wellness/home health for the Department of Indian Health Services in Flagstaff, Arizona. Dale and Dr. Hagen were married on July 4, 2005.
